Ingredients

1/2 cup

Pure J.L. KRAFT Sundried Tomato Dressing & Marinade

4 cups

cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp

chopped parsley

1 

mozzarella ball x 226g

olive oil

- 

basil leaves

- 

balsamic glaze


Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Slice cherry tomatoes in half, place in a bowl, and gently toss with olive oil, parsley, salt, and cracked black pepper.

Step 3

Spread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and roast for 20 minutes until they start to wrinkle. Let cool before transferring to a serving bowl.

Step 4

Tear mozzarella into desired sizes and pair with oven-cured tomatoes. Garnish with basil leaves and finish with a drizzle of the Sundried Tomato Dressing & Marinade and balsamic glaze.
