This sticky rice is the perfect base for recreating famous street food dishes from Japan, like Donburi. Also perfect for recreating other Asian dishes, like Korean Bibimbap, Sushi or Poke bowls. This rice has a delicious subtle taste and sticky texture. Cooking instructions: Simply add 125g of rice and 250ml of water to a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 12 minutes until the water is absorbed. Serve hot or cold and enjoy the perfect base for your favorite Asian meals.
