At Las Chicas (that means “the girls” by the way), we believe that women are the beating heart of Mexican Cuisine.
But Heres the Thing, Only 7% of Top Chefs Are Women.
(not cool right?) We can do better. From collaborating with Mexican chefs to develop our recipes, to supporting the next generation of female chefs with our LAS CHICAS COLLECTIVE INITIATIVE, WE HAVE big ambitions TO CHAMPION WOMEN AND HELP CLOSE THE CULINARY GENDERGAP.
