Gregg's® Mousse Rich Chocolate Flavoured Dessert Mix is a delicious chocolaty treat that’s quick and easy to prepare. Perfect on its own and great for preparing mocha mousse and many other desserts. Each 70g package of Gregg's® Mousse Rich Chocolate Flavoured Dessert Mix makes about 4 servings of deliciously rich chocolate mousse. To prepare, start by sprinkling the contents over 250mL of cold milk in a deep 1 litre capacity bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for about 1 minute, then beat on maximum speed for an additional 4 minutes or until the mousse is thick and fluffy.
