    Small chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan. Crush a garlic clove, add to the pan and cook until golden (around 2 minutes). Add the Las Chicas Salsa Roja and let simmer for 6 minutes. Turn the heat off.

  2. Step 2

    Mix in half a bag of Las Chicas Totopos into the pan and stir gently, careful not to break any chips.

  3. Step 3

    Fry 2 eggs in a separate pan to your desired doneness.

  4. Step 4

    Place your fried eggs on top, serve into a bowl, top with grated cheddar, sour cream, coriander and onion. Dig in!
