A tasty midweek dish with a kick


Ingredients

  • 4

    tbsp

    Amoy Thai sweet chilli sauce

  • 1

    tbsp

    Amoy reduced salt soy sauce

  • 1/4

    tsp

    Ground ginger

  • 4

    Skinless chicken breasts


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6

  2. Step 2

    Mix together Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli sauce, Amoy Reduced Salt Soy Sauce and ground ginger

  3. Step 3

    Cut three slashes into each chicken breast and place on a lined baking tray

  4. Step 4

    Spoon the sauce over the chicken breasts and into the slashes and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through

  5. Step 5

    Serve the chicken breasts with the pan juices and some stir fried vegetables
