    g

    Chicken breast or plant-based substitute

    g

    Sour cream

  • 1

    tbsp

    Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1

Chop a small onion to your desired shape (we recommend a half moon cut). Chop some lettuce and set aside for later.

  2. Step 2

To poach your chicken breasts, bring a pot of seasoned water to a boil, add your chicken breasts, turn down to a simmer, then cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Remove them, leave to cool slightly, then shred with forks and mix with 50-60g of Las Chicas Tinga Cooking Paste, depending on how saucy you're feeling!

  3. Step 3

Heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius, then bake your 8 taco tortillas for 6 minutes, turning them into tostadas! Make sure your tacos are in a single layer on the baking tray and flip them half-way through.

  4. Step 4

Sweat your onion in a pan with some oil and add to your Tinga chicken mix.

  5. Step 5

Remove the tostadas from the oven once done. Prep them by spreading on a layer of sour cream. Add a spoonful of your Tinga mix to each.

  6. Step 6

Top with some shredded lettuce and Las Chicas Salsa Roja then enjoy!
