Gruyere and Cheddar Fondue

Ingredients

1 tbsp

cornstarch

3/4 cup

dry white wine

2 tsp

GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1 clove

garlic, crushed

2 sprigs

fresh thyme

1/2 lb

Gruyere cheese, shredded

1/2 lb

shredded white cheddar cheese

2 cups

French bread cubes (1 inch)

1 cup

ham cubes (1/2 inch)

1 cup

cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup

cornichons


Instructions

Step 1

Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan until blended. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cheeses, in small batches, cooking and stirring after each addition until cheese is completely melted. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Serve fondue with remaining ingredients for dipping.
