Heat oven to 400ºF.

FOR THE FILLING

Brown meat with onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet; stir in ketchup and mustard.

Mix 1 (6-oz.) can drained and flaked white tuna in water, 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo and 1/4 cup chopped celery until well blended. Top each of 48 RITZ Crackers with 1 tsp. of the tuna mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.

Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package. About 15 min. before TATER TOTS are done, prepare Filling. Top filling with cheese, bacon and TATER TOTS before serving.

Prepare Filling. Cut 4 bell peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds. Spoon filling into pepper halves; top with cheese, bacon and TATER TOTS. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until TATER TOTS are golden brown.
