lean ground beef

1 small

onion, chopped

1 can

(14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can

(10-1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth

1 cup

frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans)

2 cups

instant white rice, uncooked

1/4 cup

Grated Parmesan Cheese


Instructions

Step 1

Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain.

Step 2

Add tomatoes, broth and frozen vegetables; stir. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Stir in rice and cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
