Ingredients

lean ground beef

24 

round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)

1 large

egg, beaten

2 tbsp

dried minced onions

1 tbsp

garlic powder

2 tbsp

honey

1/4 tsp

ground black pepper

1 can

(14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained, divided


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Mix meat, cracker crumbs, egg, onions, garlic powder, honey, pepper, half of the tomatoes and barbecue sauce, and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended.

Step 3

Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; flatten top with spatula. Mix remaining tomatoes, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce until blended; spoon over meatloaf. Cover; place pan on rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF), uncovering for the last 15 min.
