onion, cut into thin slices, separated into rings

thinly shaved roast beef, cut into thin strips

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add meat; cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
Step 5
Spread TATER TOTS onto platter; top with meat mixture. Drizzle with VELVEETA sauce.
