1 lb

Yukon Gold potatoes (about 4), cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1/2 cup

fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

3 cups

small broccoli florets

1 cup

Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

Step 1

Cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into slices. Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Add potatoes and chicken broth; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium heat 5 min. Stir in broccoli; cook, covered, 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Top with cheese; cook, covered, 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
