Ingredients
1 can
(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsps
fresh lemon juice
1 tsp
vanilla
1 cup
heavy whipping cream
1 cup
fresh or frozen mixed berries
6 oz
ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust
Instructions
Step 1
BEAT first 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
Step 2
ADD whipping cream gradually, beating well after each addition. Continue to beat on high speed until mixture forms soft peaks.
Step 3
FOLD in berries; spoon into crust.
Step 4
FREEZE 5 hrs. or until firm.
Storage Know-How: After the ice cream is completely frozen, cover the surface with plastic wrap, pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the ice cream. Cover with lid. Store in freezer up to 1 week before serving.
