Amoy dark soy sauce, honey, chilli and garlic poured over salmon and either oven baked or wrapped in parcels and cooked on the BBQ


Ingredients

    Pack Amoy straight to wok ribbon rice noodles

  • 4

    tbsp

    Amoy dark soy sauce

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp

    Runny honey

  • 10

    Root ginger, peeled and finely chopped

  • 1/2

    Garlic clove, finely chopped

  • 1/2

    Red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

    Cherry tomatoes (handful)

    Courgette, thinly sliced

    150g salmon fillets

  • 1/2

    tbsp

    Sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7

  2. Step 2

    Mix together Amoy dark soy sauce with honey, ginger, garlic and chilli

  3. Step 3

    Place the noodles on an oiled baking tray with the cherry tomatoes and courgettes, top the noodles with the salmon fillets, spoon over the sauce and sprinkle over the sesame seeds

  4. Step 4

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15 - 18 minutes until the salmon is just cooked

  5. Step 5

    Serve the salmon with the vegetables tossed through the noodles
