Soy, ginger and red chilli salmon

A quick and easy salmon supper with Amoy dark soy sauce and Amoy fine noodles


Ingredients

    Amoy dark soy sauce

  • 4

    150g salmon fillets

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp

    Runny honey

  • 15

    Root ginger, peeled and finely chopped

  • 1

    Clove of garlic, finely chopped

  • 1

    Red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7

  2. Step 2

    Mix together Amoy soy sauce with honey, ginger, garlic and chilli

  3. Step 3

    Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray and spoon the sauce over the fillets

  4. Step 4

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is just cooked, and serve with noodles
