Pulled pork burger


Ingredients

    Pork shoulder

    Bottle of Bull's Eye sweet whiskey BBQ sauce

  • 1

    White onion (chopped)

  • 1/2

    Of black pepper

  • 1/2

    Of smoked paprika

  • 1/2

    Of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Place all the ingredients for the pulled pork in a slow cooker, mix together with a wooden spoon and cook at 90°C for 5 hours.

  2. Step 2

    After 5 hours, use the wooden spoon to pull the pork.

  3. Step 3

    Put the slow cooker on high, continue cooking until the liquid has mostly evaporated and set aside.

  4. Step 4

    In a bowl, add all the coleslaw ingredients (grated or chopped, you decide) with the mayonnaise and mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Toast your buns, top your bottom bun with the coleslaw then with pulled pork, add some extra Sweet Whiskey Bull's Eye BBQ!
