Ingredients

hard-cooked eggs

3 tbsp

whipping cream

1/2 cup

KRAFT Real Mayo

3 tbsp

pickle juice

5 tsp

Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

1 tbsp

lemon juice

4 slices

candied bacon, chopped *see tip

chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

Step 1

Cut each egg in half and remove the yolk, placing yolks in a mixer bowl. Beat yolks until creamy. Add mayo, pickle juice, Sriracha and lemon juice; mix thoroughly, about 5 minutes. Pipe into each egg.

Step 2

Top with bacon and cilantro.

Step 3

Serve and enjoy!
