Ingredients

    (1/4 oz.) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine

  • 2

    tbsp

    water

  • 1

    cup

    hot brewed strong IHOP Buttery Syrup Coffee, cooled

  • 2

    tsps

    brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    SPRINKLE gelatine over water in small bowl; mix well. Let stand 3 min. or until firm.

  2. Step 2

    POUR coffee over sugar in 8-inch square baking dish; stir.

  3. Step 3

    BREAK gelatine into small pieces. Add to coffee mixture; stir with whisk until gelatine is completely dissolved.

  4. Step 4

    REFRIGERATE 3 hrs. or until firm.

  5. Step 5

    CUT gelatine into 1/8-inch squares. Gently scoop squares into airtight container.

  6. Step 6

    REFRIGERATE up to 1 weeks before using as desired.
