Ingredients

ground sirloin

1/2 cup

chopped onions

2  cloves

garlic, minced

1/2 tsp

pepper

1/4 cup

BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce


Instructions

Step 1

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Mix meat, onions, garlic and pepper. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) oval patties.

Step 3

Grill patties 5 min. Brush with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce; turn over. Grill 5 min. or until medium doneness (160°F).

Step 4

Remove patties from grill. Top evenly with the remaining barbecue sauce.
