Canned salmon, tomatoes and onion transform a macaroni and cheese dinner into an easy and delicious main dish.


Ingredients

    (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Mac & Cheese

  • 1/4

    cup

    vegetable oil spread or margarine

  • 2

    tbsp

    chopped onion

  • 1

    can

    (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained

  • 1

    can

    (7-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained, flaked

  • 1/4

    cup

    milk

  • 2

    tbsp

    chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Boil 6 cups water in medium saucepan. Stir in Macaroni; boil 7 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Remove macaroni from saucepan; drain.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, melt vegetable oil spread in same saucepan. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.

  3. Step 3

    Add macaroni, Cheese Sauce Mix and remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
