red potatoes (about 6), cut into bite-size chunks
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except potatoes until blended.
Step 3
Spread potatoes onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat.
Step 4
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
