Bring back an old favorite with our Southern Candied Yams. Southern Candied Yams are full of all the amazing flavors you remember and are easy to make.
Ingredients

yams (about 5), peeled, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

butter

cup
packed brown sugar
1/4
cup
orange juice
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
cup
chopped pecans
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Spread yams onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar, orange juice and cinnamon; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until mixture comes to boil and sugar is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Pour over yams; cover.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. Stir yams; sprinkle with nuts. Bake, uncovered, 20 min. or until yams are tender.
