Peppermint Hot Cocoa Mini Pies

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups
cold milk
1 tsp
peppermint extract

mini graham cracker pie crusts (4 inch)
3 tbsp
crushed hard peppermint candies
1/4 cup
coarsely crushed graham crackers (about 1-1/2 crackers)
Instructions
Step 1
BEAT dry pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP and peppermint extract.
Step 2
SPOON pudding mixture evenly into pie crusts, adding about 1/3 cup pudding mixture to each crust.
Step 3
REFRIGERATE 2 hrs.
Step 4
TOP pies with marshmallows, crushed candies and crushed graham crackers before serving.
How to Thaw the COOL WHIP Whipped Topping: Place unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-oz. tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.
