Ingredients

Small chicken drumsticks

1/2 cup

(125ml) Fountain tomato sauce

1/2 cup

(60ml) Fountain soy sauce

1/4 cup

(45g) lightly packed, brown sugar

2 

Garlic cloves, crushed

1 tbsp

Grated fresh ginger

Fountain plum sauce to serve


Instructions

Step 1

Using a small knife, cut drumsticks around bone, below the knuckle. Hold end and push meat down to form a rough ball. Clean exposed bone

Step 2

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, combine Fountain sauces, sugar, garlic and ginger. Add chicken, turning to coat. Marinate for 20 minutes

Step 3

Transfer drumsticks to prepared tray. Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until cooked through. Serve with Fountain Plum Sauce.
