We're celebrating Pina Colada Day with a tropical pina colada mocktail. Tip: chill the can of pineapple pieces in the fridge for a couple of hours before making.


Ingredients

    Can Golden Circle Australian pineapple pieces in juice, chilled

  • 1/2

    cup

    Cream of coconut, chilled

  • 1/4

    cup

    Coconut cream, chilled

  • 1/2

    Lime, juiced

  • 1

    Handful ice


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into a tall glass and top with ice and enjoy.
