Chia & pineapple pudding with granola topping

    Coconut yoghurt

    Can Golden Circle® Australian pineapple pieces in juice

  • 1/2

    cup

    Granola

    Coconut flakes, to serve


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Combine the chia seeds, yoghurt and juice from the Golden Circle Pineapple Pieces in a container with a lid. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Step 2

    Divide the chia seed pudding between two dishes. Top with granola, GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapple Pieces and coconut flakes to serve.
