Ingredients

    oil

  • 2

    plus 1-1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

  • 2

    tbsp

    plus 1-1/2 tsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1/8

    tsp

    ground black pepper

Instructions

    Beat all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended; cover.
