brown sugar

kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces

1-1/4 lb

red potatoes (about 4), cut into 3/4-inch cubes

1 large

onion, sliced


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended.

Step 3

Combine remaining ingredients in shallow pan. Drizzle with wine mixture; toss to coat.
