How pretty—and impressive!—are these JELL-O Spritzers? And versatile, too: Choose your own gelatin flavor and carbonated or non-carbonated beverage.

Ingredients

    cup

    boiling water

  • 1

    pkg

    (4-serving size) JELL-O Gelatin (see Tips for flavor options)

  • 2

    cups

    cold water

  • 1

    bottle

    (1 L) or 1 qt. (4 cups) cold beverage (see Tips for flavor options)

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

  2. Step 2

    Break gelatin into small flakes with fork. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the gelatin into each of 7 (8-oz.) glasses. Pour about 1/2 cup of the cold beverage over gelatin in each glass.

  3. Step 3

    Serve with straw to sip gelatin pieces and beverage.
