Ingredients

    (1/4 oz.) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine

  • 1/4

    cup

    cold water

  • 1/2

    cup

    sugar, divided

  • 2

    tbsp

    cornstarch

  • 1

    cup

    apple juice or use fruit juice of your choice

  • 2

    (3 oz. each) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor

  • 1/4

    tsp

    citric acid (optional)


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    SPRINKLE unflavored gelatine over water in small bowl; let stand 1 min. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in juice and unflavored gelatine until blended. Bring to boil on medium heat; cook 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.

  2. Step 2

    POUR into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

  3. Step 3

    UNMOLD. Cut into 24 pieces. Coat with remaining sugar just before serving. For sour gummies see STEP 4.

  4. Step 4

    OPTIONAL combine remaining sugar with citric acid and coat just before serving.
