Ingredients

24 

chocolate-covered mint cookies (1-1/2 inch)

1 tbsp

EACH blue and gold sprinkles


Instructions

Step 1

PLACE cookies in single layer on wax paper-covered baking sheet.

Step 2

MELT semi-sweet chocolate. (See tip.)

Step 3

USE fork to dip 1 marshmallow into melted chocolate, turning to completely cover marshmallow with chocolate. Gently shake marshmallow to remove any excess chocolate, then place marshmallow on top of 1 cookie. Repeat with remaining marshmallows.

Step 4

TOP with coconut and sprinkles.

Step 5

REFRIGERATE 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.

Easy Microwave Melting of BAKER'S Chocolate: Microwave BAKER'S Chocolate to be used in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-sec. increments until chocolate is completely melted.

Special Extra: To decorate the hats, pull 2 pull-and-peel licorice sticks into thin strips. Wrap 1 strip loosely around marshmallow on each cookie, then tie into a bow.
