Use frozen spinach and a crustless presentation in this Italian-style spinach pie. This Quick Italian Spinach Pie is quicker to make than you might think!


Ingredients

    (16 oz.) 2% milkfat low fat cottage cheese

    (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

  • 1

    cup

    KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

    eggs, beaten

  • 1

    jar

    (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped

  • 1/3

    cup

    Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1

    dried oregano leaves


Instructions

    Heat oven to 350ºF.
