Ingredients

fresh corn kernels (from about 8 ears)

1/2 cup

sour cream

2 tbsp

Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 tbsp

chopped fresh basil


Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add corn; cook 6 min., stirring frequently.

Step 2

Stir in sour cream; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.

Step 3

Remove from heat; stir in cheese and basil.
