lean ground beef

green and red pepper, coarsely chopped

onion, coarsely chopped

cooked long-grain white rice

2 cups

TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

1 cup

KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheddar Pepper Jack Cheese, divided


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Brown meat with peppers and onions in large skillet; drain. Stir in rice, salsa and 1/2 cup cheese.

Step 3

Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.

Step 4

Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
