Ingredients

Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp
garlic powder
8 small
Yukon Gold potatoes (1-3/4 lb.), cut lengthwise in half
3 tbsp
butter, melted
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Combine cheese and garlic powder in shallow dish.
Step 3
Dip cut-sides of potatoes in butter, then in cheese mixture. Place, cheese sides down, on baking sheet; drizzle with any remaining butter.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until potatoes are tender.
