Ingredients

1 pkg

(7.25 oz.) KRAFT Spirals Mac & Cheese

1 lb

baby bok choy, chopped

1/4 cup

butter, divided

1/2 cup

chopped yellow onions

1 tbsp

minced garlic

1 tbsp

gochujang paste (Korean red pepper paste)

1 tbsp

tomato paste

1/3 cup

half-and-half

1 tbsp

oil

green onions, sliced

1 tbsp

black sesame seeds


Instructions

Step 1

Cook Spirals in large saucepan as directed on package, adding bok choy to the cooking water for the last 3 min.

Step 2

Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add yellow onions and garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add gochujang paste and tomato paste; stir. Cook 1 min., stirring frequently. Gradually stir in half-and-half. Add remaining butter; cook and stir 1 min. or until butter is completely melted and sauce is well blended.

Step 3

Drain Spirals mixture. Add to gochujang mixture in skillet along with the Cheese Sauce mix; mix lightly. Remove skillet from heat. cover to keep warm.

Step 4

Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet. Slip cracked eggs, 1 at a time, into skillet, leaving spaces between eggs; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.

Step 5

Serve Spirals mixture topped with eggs, green onions and sesame seeds.
