Ingredients

red potatoes (about 3), cut into thin wedges

2 cups

baby carrots

2 cups

fresh green beans

1/4 cup

Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

1 pkt

SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

chicken leg quarters


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Toss vegetables with dressing. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3

Add 3 Tbsp. cheese to coating mix in shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Use to coat chicken as directed on package; place over vegetables.

Step 4

Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are tender.

Step 5

Sprinkle vegetables with remaining cheese.
