Ingredients

2 tsp

butter

1 

shallot, minced

1 pt

(2 cups) whipping cream

1/2  cup

dry white wine

2 tbsp

HEINZ Tarragon Vinegar

2 tbsp

chopped fresh parsley

1/4 tsp

black pepper


Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 2 min. or until crisp-tender.

Step 2

Add cream, wine and vinegar; mix well. Cook 12 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Stir in parsley and pepper.
