Ingredients

1 

egg yolk

1 tsp

gochujang paste (Korean red pepper paste)

1 pkg

(3 oz.) ramen noodles (any flavor)

2 

KRAFT Singles

2 tbsp

OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1/8 tsp

freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

Step 1

WHISK egg yolk and gochujang paste in small bowl until blended. Set aside.

Step 2

DISCARD Seasoning Packet from ramen noodle packet or reserve for another use. Add Noodles to saucepan of boiling water; drain, reserving 3 Tbsp of the cooking water.

Step 3

ADD reserved water to egg yolk mixture; whisk until blended.

Step 4

RETURN drained noodles to saucepan. Add Singles, bacon bits and egg yolk mixture; cook over low heat 1 min or until Singles are completely melted, and sauce is thickened and well blended, stirring constantly. Food Facts: Adding the reserved hot cooking water to the raw egg yolk before stirring it into the noodle mixture helps prevent the sauce from curdling. Be sure to cook the sauce as directed to ensure the yolk mixture is cooked through, and the sauce is smooth and well blended.

Step 5

SERVE topped with pepper.
