HEINZ Burger Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4

    cups

    HEINZ Tomato Ketchup

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 1

    tbsp

    LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2

    tsp

    HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar

  • 2

    tsp

    Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

  • 1/2

    tsp

    garlic powder

  • 1/4

    tsp

    paprika

  • 1/8

    tsp

    ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Step 2

    Combine ketchup and onions in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 1 hour. (Onion mixture will caramelize and darken in color.) Cool completely.

  3. Step 3

    Spoon onion mixture into blender. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.

  4. Step 4

    Refrigerate until ready to use.
