Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 min.
Step 2
Stir in water and soy sauce. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Add rice and chicken; mix well. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min. or until rice is tender and chicken mixture is heated through.
