Ingredients

    eggs (hard boiled)

  • 2

    oz

    Philadelphia Cream Cheese

  • 1/2

    tsp

    garlic powder

  • 1/2

    tsp

    smoked paprika

  • 1

    tsp

    Dijon mustard

  • Splash of apple cider vinegar

  • Chives, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Hard boil 6 eggs and remove shells.

  2. Step 2

    Halve eggs lengthwise; transfer yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in cream cheese, mustard, and vinegar, and seasonings.

  4. Step 4

    Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture.

    Tip: fill a zipper storage bag with mixture and cut one corner to pipe in the yolk mixture.
