Cream Cheese and Roasted Tomato Dip

Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
3
cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
crushed red pepper
2 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 pkg
(1 oz.) goat cheese
1 cup
pasta sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Combine tomatoes, garlic, crushed pepper and 1 Tbsp. oil in 11x7-inch baking dish.
Step 3
Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and goat cheese in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
Step 4
Add pasta sauce to tomato mixture; mix well. Top with large spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 5
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through. Remove from oven.
Step 6
Drizzle with remaining oil.
