(0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

KRAFT Real Mayo

minced onion

Grated Parmesan Cheese

(6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

butter, melted

tbsp
chopped fresh parsley

ground red pepper (cayenne)
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Clean mushrooms. Remove and discard stems.
Step 3
Mix cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, mayo, onion and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
Step 4
Put stuffing mix in separate bowl.
Step 5
Stuff mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture.
Step 6
Press cream cheese side of mushrooms into the stuffing mix until well coated.
Step 7
Place mushrooms, cream cheese sides up, on a baking pan, then drizzle with the melted butter.
Step 8
Bake for 30 min. Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper. Enjoy!
