Ingredients

1 cup

KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

1 cup

Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 tbsp

chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbsp

finely chopped red peppers

2 

green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp

lime zest

1 tsp

hot pepper sauce

1/4 tsp

chili powder

12 

round buttery crackers, finely crushed


Instructions

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and shredded cheeses in medium bowl with mixer until blended.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs; mix well. Shape into ball.

Step 3

Refrigerate 1 hour.

Step 4

Roll in crumbs. Serve with additional round buttery crackers.
