Give your cheese ball a kick of flavor. Fresh cilantro and lime plus pepper Jack cheese and chili powder spice things up.


Ingredients

    (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1

    cup

    KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

  • 1

    cup

    Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • 2

    tbsp

    chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2

    tbsp

    finely chopped red peppers

  • 2

    green onions, finely chopped

  • 1

    tsp

    lime zest

  • 1

    tsp

    hot pepper sauce

  • 1/4

    chili powder

  • 12

    round buttery crackers, finely crushed


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Beat cream cheese and shredded cheeses in medium bowl with mixer until blended.

  2. Step 2

    Add all remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs; mix well. Shape into ball.

  3. Step 3

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

  4. Step 4

    Roll in crumbs. Serve with additional round buttery crackers.
