(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

(8 oz.) light sour cream

1 pkt

(0.75 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix

3 cups

milk

1 cup

fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1 pkg

(30 oz.) ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien, thawed

1 pkg

(7 oz.) 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/3 cup

OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

green onions, thinly sliced


Instructions

Step 1

Mix Neufchatel, sour cream and dressing mix in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray until blended. Gradually stir in milk, then broth.

Step 2

Add potatoes, cheese and bacon bits; mix well. Cover with lid.

Step 3

Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours (or on HIGH 1 to 2 hours), stirring after each hour.

Step 4

Sprinkle with onions before serving.
