SHAKE ‘N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix

1/2 tsp

garlic powder

1/4 tsp

onion powder

1 cup

Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided

1 can

(2.8 oz.) french-fried onions, coarsely crushed, divided

2 lb

lean ground beef

1/4 cup

finely chopped yellow onions

2 

green onions, sliced

1/4 cup

water

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Combine coating mix and seasonings in large bowl; stir in 3/4 cup cheese.

Step 3

Reserve half the onions. Add remaining onions to cheese mixture with all remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.

Step 4

Shape into 10x4-inch loaf in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 5

Bake 1 hour. Top with remaining onions and cheese; bake 10 min. or until meatloaf is done (160°F) and cheese is melted.
