Step 1
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Stir in rice and VELVEETA. Reduce heat to low.
Step 2
Cook and stir until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 to 7 minutes or until creamy.
Step 3
Stir before serving.
