Ingredients

lean ground beef

boiling water

3 cups

egg noodles, uncooked

1 can

(10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup

frozen peas and carrots, thawed

1 tsp

onion powder


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Brown meat in skillet; drain. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in boiling water and noodles; cover.

Step 3

Bake 25 min.

Step 4

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until VELVEETA is melted.
